  • There is Divinity in Liberty, a sacrosanct charter given to We The People of all Earthly nations, wherein we may administer, live, grow, and thrive in our respective and unique cultures and countries, according to our will, unto all of our posterity.
  • There is spiritual power within the Human Being, a power to connect with and call forth the Mind of God into this world.
  • The Principles expressed by the Framers of the USA Constitution make clear that only a “Plain-Text Interpretation” of the Instrument is adequate for the future security of liberty in the United States of America.
  • There is Sanctity in the Ancestral Family, achieved by the union of a Man and a Woman, through which the next generation of the protectors of Liberty and Inheritors of the Land are conceived and brought forth.
  • Life begins when the Spark of Conception manifests into the physical world, and as such, the unborn qualify as Living Beings.
  • The Principle of Total and Absolute Bodily Autonomy is Sacred, and must be applied equally and universally, reflecting the Absolute Freedom Of and Final and Supercedent Power in Medical and Educational Decision-Making for all recognized adults of competence in society, and for all Parents/Guardians of those deemed incompetent or indigent, and/or Children not yet having attained the age of lawful assent into adulthood.
  • There can be No Law or Measure or Any Action of Government repugnant to the Constitution within the territories of the free States of the United States, and if necessary the enumerated Rights and Prohibitions of the Constitution must be held in impermeable supremacy to violative actions borne of any Body of Persons or Property, public or private.
  • Pursuant to the Constitution, the Federal government of the United States is imbued with the sole power to levy Federal taxes upon the activities of interstate commerce, and the States may do so within their Borders; all other forms of government fiscal encroachment constitute “Taxation-By-Any-Other-Name”, or Theft of Property and Person. This includes “Administrative Fees”, “Processing Fees”, “Surcharge Fees”, “Compensatory Offset Fees”, “Infrastructural Fees”, “Connection Fees”, “Late Fees”, “Penalty Fees”, and “Service Fees” charged by government entities.
  • A strong military for the national defense of the Republican Union is necessary, and should be well-practiced in the needs of war and peace-time equally; simultaneously war as a method of national/international resolution should be opposed under all circumstances except for the existential and defensive survival of the American Constitution.
  • The Second Amendment to the USA Constitution forbids infringment upon its provision in all forms, so long as the People are acting within the Covenant of Constitutional Law and Due Process civility.
